TCM-WR abrasive belts welding wire grinding polishing machine use a mechanical method to polish steel welding wire rod surface instead of traditional way acid pickling. After the base material is polished,the wire diameter is slightly reduced, the surface is smooth,no scratches,pits and other defects,no obvious wear marks, and the surface roughness is generally in the Between Ra 3.2-6.3,the wire rod surface is bright rather than matt.

Machine frame uses the structural part, long square box structure.This equipment is composed of spindle,rotary disc, power drive part, straightener, protective cover, and vacuum cleaner. The working principle:Belt is mounted on the turntable with revolution and rotation,belt installed in the right place always close to the wire rod surface, by adjusting the eccentric shaft to complete belt tensioning-releasing,loading/unloading the belt and threading the wire rod,the adjustment of the eccentric shaft lever spring can change the tension of the sand belt.The main drive uses a 11kw frequency conversion motor or 2 sets 7.5kw motor to run through a triangular belt drive spindle.The turntable is connected with the main shaft with a bolt,which is convenient for maintenance and disassembly. #weldingwirepolishingmachine #steelwirepolishingmachine
